Refund Policy

Effective: September 30, 2026

1. All Purchases Are Final

All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or pro-rated amounts for any payment, including first payments, renewal charges, plan changes, and annual plans, whether or not you used the service during the billing period. We do not offer a money-back guarantee or a free trial.

2. Immediate Access

TrendTrader Pro is a digital service delivered online. Access to your plan begins as soon as your payment is confirmed. At checkout you request immediate access and acknowledge that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you lose any right to cancel the purchase for a refund once access begins.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time from Settings, Subscription, Manage subscription inside the app. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund a payment already made: you keep access until the end of the billing period you paid for, and your subscription then ends.

4. Renewals and Promotional Pricing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. If you do not want to be charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date. Renewal charges are non-refundable.

From time to time, we may offer promotional or discounted pricing on certain subscription plans. Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, any such promotional or discounted pricing applies only to the initial payment and is non-recurring. Subscription renewals, including annual auto-renewals, will be billed at the then-current standard (non-discounted) rate. Charges for renewal periods are not eligible for refunds, pro-rated credits, or retroactive application of promotional pricing.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge, contact support@trendtrader.pro and we will review it and correct any charge made in error.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before contacting your bank. If you initiate a card dispute or chargeback for a valid charge, we will submit the complete evidence record, including your acceptance of these terms at signup and at checkout and your account activity, to the card networks, and we may suspend or terminate your account.

7. Rights Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived or excluded by agreement. Where the law that applies to you requires a refund, we will provide it only to the extent that law requires.

8. Purchases Made On or Before September 30, 2026

This policy applies to subscriptions purchased after September 30, 2026 (Eastern Time) and to every renewal payment. If you purchased your subscription, or started a free trial, on or before that date, your first payment remains subject to the Refund Policy you accepted at that time. We keep that version on record and will send you a copy on request at support@trendtrader.pro.
